Enjoy open-ended play with your infant and social interaction with other families. Our toys are best suited for 6 months-2 years. Siblings welcome. No registration required.
Playgroups offer babies, toddlers and young children a wide variety of early learning experiences. Playgroup is a great way for your child(ren) to learn about the world, make friends and develop social skills. Playgroup also gives mums, dads, grandparents and caregivers a chance to share ideas and experiences.
This playgroup begins at 10:30 every Wednesday in the downstairs children's play room.

Unaccompanied Adults
During children’s programs parts of the Library are reserved for children, their parents or responsible adult caregivers. No adult (with the exception of staff and City personnel) may register to attend a children’s program, or be admitted to a children’s program, unless accompanied by a child. Out of concern for the safety of young patrons, adults who are unaccompanied by a child or children in the children’s program area may be questioned by staff, and may be asked to leave the area.
