Art Workshops for Adults: CANCELED In-Person
What a fun way to spend a Saturday! In this terrific workshop, you will create a hanging sculpture inspired by Israeli Artist Yaacov Agam. Using multi-color Plexiglas lengths and gorgeous colorful Plexiglas cuts, you will handcraft several pieces that will dangle and move and catch the light on a sunny afternoon. When completed, your home will showcase a beautiful, colorful example of your wonderful creativity.

Sign up for these popular programs and enjoy a wonderful afternoon of creativity and conversation. You are guaranteed to create a professional looking, fabulous art piece you will be proud to call your own!
The workshops meet in the Knox Room of the Huntington Woods Library. They are open to Adult Residents in Huntington Woods and Pleasant Ridge. All workshops are free of charge and include all of the supplies necessary to complete the projects. These workshops fill quickly and are limited to 15 participants.

Unaccompanied Adults
During children’s programs parts of the Library are reserved for children, their parents or responsible adult caregivers. No adult (with the exception of staff and City personnel) may register to attend a children’s program, or be admitted to a children’s program, unless accompanied by a child. Out of concern for the safety of young patrons, adults who are unaccompanied by a child or children in the children’s program area may be questioned by staff, and may be asked to leave the area.
