Art Workshops for Adults: Special Drop In Art Workshop

Art Workshops for Adults: Special Drop In Art Workshop In-Person

Take a break from the holiday celebrating and enjoy creating something beautiful!

What could be more fun that a “drop-in” art workshop where YOU get to pick your project?

In this Special Art Workshop, we’ll “use up” leftover supplies from prior classes. What a fun opportunity to create a project you may have missed or just have the urge to repeat.

Although there will be lots of different projects available from our fabulous workshops, the quantities are limited and only one project per person.

This is a DROP-IN class. Feel free to come anytime during the three-hour block of time we’ve reserved, but please allow 1 ½ hours to complete your project.

As always, through the generosity of the Friends of the Huntington Woods Library, there is no charge for materials. All materials and supplies necessary to complete the projects are included.

Please remember this is an Adult Workshop and is available to residents of Huntington Woods and Pleasant Ridge, 21 years old or older.

We’ll have coffee and cake, of course, BUT! If you’re overwhelmed with holiday goodies at home, feel free to bring a snack to make our “Drop-In Art Day” even more festive!

Registration is limited to 21 participants.

Unaccompanied Adults

During children’s programs parts of the Library are reserved for children, their parents or responsible adult caregivers. No adult (with the exception of staff and City personnel) may register to attend a children’s program, or be admitted to a children’s program, unless accompanied by a child. Out of concern for the safety of young patrons, adults who are unaccompanied by a child or children in the children’s program area may be questioned by staff, and may be asked to leave the area.
